Chunky chips

  • 3 potatoes (medium-large)
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper

Step 1

Cut potatoes into 1cm slices.


Step 2

Blanch potatoes in boiling water (3 minutes). Drain.


Step 3

Put potatoes on a roasting pan. Drizzle oil. Season with sea salt and pepper.


Step 4

Bake 15-20 minutes at 250C/fan. Turn twice.
