- 50g peach sap (optional)
- 200g snow fungus
- 1 cup red dates
- 1 cup dry longan
- Rock sugar
Step 1
Soak snow fungus for at least 1 hour or until it expands. Then break into small pieces.
Step 2
In a pot, add 1.5L of water. Bring to boil.
Step 3
Add snow fungus, red date, dry longan and peach sap (if using) into the pot. Bring to boil.
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium. Cook for roughly an hour (add more water if needed). Add rock sugar to taste.
