- 1 French stick or 5 mini dinner rolls
- 125g unsalted butter
- 2 tsp fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
Step 1
Mince garlic. Soften butter. Chop parsley if using fresh.
Step 2
Mixed garlic, butter, parsley, salt together.
Step 3
Cut bread (2cm slices).
Step 4
Smear the mixture all around the bread.
Step 5
Wrap in foil. Bake 15-20 minutes at 200C.
