Banana and peanut butter spring rolls

8 rolls:

  • 8 spring roll pastry sheets (21cm x 21cm)
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 8 tsp peanut butter
  • Oil for frying

Step 1

Peel and cut the bananas in half lengthwise, then in half to make four quarters.


Step 2

Place each quarter onto each pastry sheet, spread 1 tsp of peanut butter on each piece of banana. Roll and seal the edge with a little bit of water.


Step 3

Heat up oil, deep fry the spring rolls over medium-high heat for 2-3 minute (flip once) or until the pastry is golden.
