- 500g pork spare ribs
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 medium garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Step 1
Mince garlic. Cut spare ribs into 1.5-inch pieces.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together, including the spare ribs. Toss well to coat the ribs evenly.
Step 3
Steam on medium-high heat for at least 35 minutes.
Step 4
Serve on rice with some green veggies.
