- Sauce:
- - 2 Tbsp Korean chilli flakes
- - 2 Tbsp mirin
- - 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- - 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- - 1/2 Tbsp white sugar
- - 1/2 Tbsp Korean chilli paste
- - Some ground black pepper
- 1L chicken stock
- Korean rice cakes, sausages, spam, mushrooms, tofu, kimchi, cabbage, instant ramen noodles, cheese slices.
Step 1
Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 2
Prepare other main ingredients as preferred, then assemble them in a shallow pot (except for instant ramen noodles, rice cakes and cheese).
Step 3
Pour chicken stock into the pot. Add the sauce mixture in the middle. Close lid and bring to boil.
Step 4
Add instant ramen noodles, rice cakes and cheese slices. Reduce heat to low. Serve with steamed rice (optional).
